Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy (ideally D2C/Beauty/Wellness)
• Deep understanding of the creative mechanics of paid social and partner pages
• Proven success record with high-performing ads and funnel assets
• Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking, and briefing skills
• Fast, structured, and performance-oriented way of working
