We are looking for a Customer Journey Intern to contribute to an even better travel experience for our customers. As a bridge between marketing and customer service, you will investigate customer feedback, analyze customer journeys, and advise on improvement points for communication, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- Follow an HBO and/or WO study in marketing, communication, economics, tourism
- Look for a work internship for at least 4 days a week
- Be analytical and customer-oriented
- Have affinity with service processes, data, and digital customer experience
- Have good communication skills in Dutch and English
