Requirements
- 8+ years of well rounded generalist HR experience
- Strong understanding of Austrian labour law (experience across EU jurisdictions is a plus)
- Hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle
- Experience building scalable HR processes and frameworks
- Experience working in a scaling fast paced environment
- Fluent in both English and German
