Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in program or project management
- 3–5 years of experience leading large-scale technical integrations
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong technical literacy
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
