Prewave is seeking a Head of Business Development (Vienna or Dublin) to scale the BD team, drive AI-led innovation, and optimise top-of-funnel processes. This role involves building a BDR team, managing ABM campaigns, implementing new sales tools, and evaluating AI-powered strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS and a passion for AI.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in BD/SDR leadership within B2B SaaS
- Proven success building or optimising outbound programmes and tech stacks.
- Strong command of modern sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Passion for AI, automation, and productivity tools, with an early adopter mindset.
- Hands-on, energetic leader who loves coaching and iterating quickly.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Eligibility to work in Austria or Ireland
