Job Description
The HR Generalist will support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, retention, employee relations, and timecard collection. The role requires experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment and the ability to support a large hourly workforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of broad HR experience with a strong recruitment focus
- High-volume manufacturing experience is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and follow established processes
