Assistant Restaurant Manager

Prestonwood Country Club is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a la carte dining operations in the Red Fox Pub, Patio, Card Room, and special events. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, business, or a related field, and excellent service, communication, and wine and food knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, business, or a related field
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, Mondays, and as requested
• Excellent service, oral and written communication skills, and previous use of POS systems, Word, and Excel
