Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff & Executive Operations Manager serves as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, blending executive support, office operations, and strategic business execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, senior executive assistant, operations leader, or equivalent.
- Prior Chief of Staff experience preferred; adjacent experience supporting senior executives and leading complex initiatives is acceptable.
- Must be an active, commissioned Arizona Notary at time of hire.
- Demonstrated experience working in highly confidential, compliance-driven environments.
- Proven ability to support multiple senior executives simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and translate them into execution.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and executive presence.
- Ability to operate effectively across strategic, operational, and administrative domains.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a role that evolves over time.
