The role involves designing and implementing personalized exercise programs, nutrition plans, and providing guidance on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. This position ensures Sheikh's overall well-being and fitness journey.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer with relevant fitness certifications.
• Proven experience in personal training with a track record of successful client transformations.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and customize training programs to individual client needs.
• Physiotherapy certification (plus)
