Project Manager

Premier Project Consultants is seeking a talented and passionate Project Manager to join their team, responsible for managing residential building projects from the ground up, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans and associated communications documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members
• Conceive, develop and deliver techniques, practices, and procedures for contract formation and administration
• Develop and deliver bid proposals, requirements documentation, and tender documents
• Assist with contract change management and contract closure
• Provide contract and subcontract information to accounting department
• Work under deadlines
• Promote and work within the guidelines of the company's Occupational Health & Safety program
