Junior Recruiter/HR Assistant

We are Precoro, a Ukrainian product IT company, and we are looking for a Junior Recruiter/HR Assistant to join our team in Kyiv. The role combines Junior Recruiter and HR Assistant functions and is a great opportunity for those who want to enter and grow in a product IT company with a great HR team.

Requirements

• Junior Recruiter (70% focus): Preparation and publication of vacancies on platforms, active sourcing of candidates, primary screenings, management of ATS, communication with hiring managers, support of the process of offers and pre-boarding.
• HR Assistant (30% focus): Support of onboarding, update and support of HR documents, preparation of internal announcements, surveys, messages in Slack, support of internal activities, help in creating a pleasant atmosphere in offices.
