Job Description
Precision Drilling is hiring driven individuals for entry-level floorhand positions in land-based drilling rigs in Pennsylvania. The role involves supporting the rig crew, handling drilling tools, assisting with maintenance, and adhering to safety guidelines. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
- Must pass a physical fitness test and drug and alcohol screening
- 2+ years of outdoor heavy labor experience
- Willingness to embrace Precision’s safety culture
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to handle 14-day rotations and 12-hour shifts
- Understanding of outdoor heavy labor, including 12-hour shifts
