Maintenance Technician - (HOC)

Residential Maintenance Technician responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Working knowledge and experience in general apartment maintenance and repair
• Strong understanding or related experience to ensure the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failure
• EPA technician certification required
• High school diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year
• Basic computer/Internet knowledge
• Must be capable of physically accessing all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities
