Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing maintenance requests, diagnosing problems, and making repairs, ensuring timely service requests and responses. Key duties include making-ready procedures, preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and perform snow removal. The role requires rotating on-call, basic understanding of systems, and strong communication skills.
