Requirements
- Excellent plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry knowledge
- Experience supervising others
- Extensive knowledge of residential building systems
- Proficient using maintenance related programs and Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
