Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining property's exterior and interior spaces. The role involves ordering materials, managing contractors, maintaining systems, and ensuring timely completion of work orders. This position also focuses on customer service and quality to manage budgets and promote a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Excellent plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry knowledge
• Experience supervising others
• Extensive knowledge of residential building systems
• Proficient using maintenance related programs and Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
