We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator who's passionate about creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees. In this role, you'll be a key partner in driving our recruiting efforts and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Previous HR, Talent Acquisition and/or administrative experience (2-5 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
- Self-starter, highly ethical, with a can-do attitude
- Critical thinking skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly connect with people by phone
- Must be an excellent listener
- Flexibility to move between different projects and activities with ease
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, specifically scheduling meetings
