Job Description
Full Stack Lead role leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using React, Node, and Redux.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-9 years) in full-stack development with expertise in React, Node, and Redux.
- Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
