Controls Engineering Technician - Powers - Gulf Coast (Metairie, LA)

We are looking for a reliable person to add to our Controls Engineering team to help generate control drawings and submittal packages.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in drafting (ACAD)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC controls
• Proficient in operating a computer and understanding of Excel and Adobe
• Ability to plan and see the 'big picture'
• Ability to work long or extended hours to complete task
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to discuss issues and come up with solutions
• Professional image in personal appearance and behavior
• Ability to prioritize work and organize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature judgment
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn the Siemens Tools required for the job: Design Tool, Commissioning Tool, ABT Site, LaunchPad, etc.
