The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive sales pipeline growth. This role involves prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, follow-up, and CRM management, as well as collaboration with the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Has atleast 7 months experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Salesloft)
- Resilient and persistent, maintaining motivation even after rejection
