Job Description
Aster is seeking a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to architect, build, and maintain mission-critical systems powering their hybrid cloud and crypto infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and distributed middleware, along with strong familiarity with crypto exchange or high-performance trading systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong expertise with AWS cloud services
- Hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE/AKS or self-managed)
- Proven experience with Terraform and IaC best practices
- Strong Linux systems knowledge with excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash, Rust, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPC, DNS, load balancing, firewalls)
- Experience operating middleware or distributed systems
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Strong ownership mindset; comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
