Member Services Associate - Part Time

We improve life and we’re here to serve. The Member Services Associate provides the highest level of customer service to members, guests and prospects of the facility, as well as, membership information, enrollment procedures, ongoing customer satisfaction and membership recruitment and retention.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training
• 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills
• CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor
• Proficient computer skills
