Member Services Associate

Member Services Associate provides highest level of customer service to members, guests and prospects, and is responsible for membership information, enrollment procedures, customer satisfaction and membership recruitment and retention.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training
• 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills
• CPR/AED certification
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor
• Proficient computer skills
