Member Services Associate

We are seeking a Member Services Associate to provide excellent customer service to members and guests, manage membership information, and promote membership sales.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training
• 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills
• CPR/AED certification
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor
• Proficient computer skills
