Job Description
Power TakeOff is seeking a Customer Outreach Specialist I to proactively engage with business, institutional, and commercial customers who have identified prospective energy savings opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in a customer service representative (CSR) or similar role with cold outreach responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use and learn customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
