Candidate will be the champion of quality in promoting customers' perception of Power Integrations products, ensuring customer satisfaction and working with various functional groups to secure customers' approval of PI products.
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in customer quality engineering involving integrated circuits.
- Expert in 8D problem resolution process.
- Direct customer facing experience in quality manager role.
- Problem solving skills on semiconductor products and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent technical writing in organized and concise manner based on facts and data.
- Ability to travel to customer sites worldwide.
- Ability to carry out verbal and written technical communications.
- Ability to carry out verbal and written technical communications in Mandarin (preferred).
