Field Application Engineer will provide application support in India - south territory, based out of Bangalore. Responsibilities include providing design and application support, regular customer visits, and contributing to sales strategies.
Requirements
- Strong fundamental SMPS knowledge and its various topologies
- Strong Knowledge and experience in AC/DC and DC/DC SMPS design, testing and analysis.
- Should possess knowledge in designing magnetic components including transformers, Common Mode chokes / Inductors etc.
- Should possess knowledge in working on BLDC Motor drives.
- Should possess knowledge in working with embedded controller along with Power Electronics
- Able to debug designs and recommend changes.
- Strong knowledge on design / simulation tools
- Able to do accurate BOM level analysis of competitors products vs. PI
- Able to build good working relationships with customer, distributors team and colleagues.
- Contribute effectively to Sales strategies.
- Strong communication skill, both verbal and in writing a must.
- Presentation Skill essential.
