The Senior Design Manager leads the design process for all projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations, and develops innovative design concepts and strategies that enhance user experience and meet project goals.

Requirements

• Lead the creative direction and oversee the design process for all projects
• Develop and implement innovative design concepts and strategies that enhance user experience and meet project goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth and development
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive critique to ensure high-quality design outputs
• Ensure all design deliverables are technically feasible and can be implemented within project constraints and timelines
• Oversee the selection and use of design tools, software, and technologies to optimize the design workflow and enhance productivity
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into final products
• Manage design documentation and technical specifications to ensure accurate and efficient communication of design requirements
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
