The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing essential support to the organization by handling various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to assigned team members
- Ensure to remain professional and approachable at all times
- Prepare a variety of documents (e.g. correspondence, agendas, minutes, event programs, reports, etc.)
- Ensure to confidentially and accurately distribute, record or file correspondences, calls or queries
- Proper record, monitor and maintenance of all documents for effective filing and business continuity
- Collate data or prepare professional reports, memos or presentations as and when requested by the supervisor
