Legal Counsel

Power Factors is a software and solutions provider leading the next generation of clean energy with Unity, one of the most extensive and widely deployed renewable energy management suites (REMS) in the market. We're seeking a legal counsel to join our dynamic team with global accountability.

Requirements

• JD or LLB from an accredited institution; licensed to practice in Canada or the US.
• 2 - 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house, ideally with technology or SaaS companies.
• Strong contract negotiation and management skills, with a practical and commercial approach to problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of privacy laws (US and EU) and information security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
