Job Description
Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm specializing in marketing, consulting, and data intelligence. They are seeking a Director of Sales within their Consumer Products Division to lead a team of account executives, manage pipeline and sales processes, and drive revenue growth. The role involves both internal strategic work and client-facing sales activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing full-cycle Account Executives
- Track record of improving rep attainment
- Strong command of MEDDICC or similar frameworks
- Skilled in structured pipeline reviews and sales coaching
- Hands-on in deal execution and negotiation
- Enforcement of Salesforce adoption
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Healthy, balanced pipeline
