Job Description
Posterity Group LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support The William Beaumont Army Medical Center and associated Branch Clinics. The LCSWs will coordinate referrals, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide psychosocial services to a diverse range of individuals, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires understanding of medical and mental health diagnoses and utilizing treatment modalities to help patients overcome challenges.
Requirements
- Degree/Education: Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Social Work
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
