Job Description
Porter Cares is expanding into Salisbury, MD, and seeks compassionate Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health risk assessments. The role involves evaluating medical history, reviewing systems, performing physical exams, and utilizing point-of-care testing to identify diagnoses and contribute to treatment.
Requirements
- Valid unencumbered Maryland NP license
- 1-3 years of patient care experience required
- Experience in primary care/adult/geriatric preferred
- EMR skills preferred
- A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and friendliness
- Exceptional communication skills
