Populix is a consumer insights platform that helps businesses connect with its database of respondents and provides them with insights to better understand the preferences of Indonesian consumers.
Requirements
- Generate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for kick-off sessions and other client meetings.
- Deliver fieldwork briefings to ensure interviewers clearly understand study objectives, methodology, and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to communicate and monitor recruitment progress.
- Design discussion guides that encourage meaningful insights and translate into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct basic qualitative methodologies, including focus group discussions (FGDs) and in-depth interviews (IDIs).
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Convert interview verbatims into Content Grids and develop Content Analysis to support key findings
- Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to the project lead in a timely and solutions-oriented manner.
- Support senior members in the logistical coordination of focus groups and other qualitative activities.
- Assist senior team members in analysis and the development of clear, insightful, and well-structured research reports.
