Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst position will report into the Vice President of Finance & Strategic Planning. The ideal candidate will generate and maintain recurring business management/financial reporting, conduct ad-hoc financial and business management analysis, and prepare monthly in-depth business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or experience in the financial services industry
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Adept presentation skills with an ability to target messaging to different audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to oversee multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to articulate complex issues and themes to stakeholders
• Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points upstream/downstream that many not be easily noticeable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Confidence to interact directly with Senior Management Team members
