Job Description
Join Pontera's fast-growing legal team as a Product Counsel and work closely with product, engineering, and strategic partnership teams to support product development and compliance.
Requirements
- Advise product and engineering teams on product development and privacy compliance
- Proactively identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Partner with security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other global data protection laws
- Draft and update product-related terms of service, privacy policies, and end-user agreements
- Monitor and analyze new and evolving regulations affecting Saas and financial services
