Job Description
Pontera is a fintech company seeking a Commercial Counsel to lead the scaling of their commercial contracting process. The role involves drafting and negotiating enterprise contracts, supporting the sales team, and ensuring legal compliance. The company prioritizes a people-first culture and offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Experienced legal strategist with at least 5 years of legal experience.
- Deep experience in drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements and MSAs.
- Experience managing legal workflows and implementing CLM tools.
- Experience identifying and mitigating legal, compliance, IP, and privacy risks in contracts.
- Must be admitted to practice law in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
- Active bar membership in the jurisdiction.
- In-house experience with a fintech or RIA (preferred).
