Job Description
Pomelo is seeking a skilled Customer Support, Email/SMS & Influencer Outreach Associate to join a biotech/e-commerce company. The role involves both customer support, email/SMS campaign management, and influencer outreach, with opportunities for specialization as the company grows. This is a blended role starting at the lowest possible volume.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in DTC/e-commerce (ideally with a Shopify-based brand)
- Advanced proficiency with CX platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of the three areas (customer support, email/SMS campaigns, or influencer outreach)
- Strong written English skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Professional fluency in English
- US business hours availability
