Job Description
Join a global leader in peptide innovation and transform scientific ideas into life-changing therapies as a Process Development Scientist. You will design and optimize synthetic processes for peptide and/or oligonucleotide APIs, bridging the gap between lab research and large-scale cGMP manufacturing.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 1+ year of experience, or Master’s with 5+ years
- Background in organic or peptide chemistry, process development, and downstream purification
- Familiarity with cGMP environments and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with curiosity for innovation and process improvement
