Job Description
Polly is seeking an Investor Operations Leader to join their rapidly growing, hyper-growth SaaS company. The role involves leading and developing the investor operations team, managing customer, investor, and internal relationships, and improving the investor journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mortgage capital markets space and a passion for customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant capital markets or mortgage experience
- 3+ years leading investor operations or adjacent teams
- Excellent relationship management, team leadership, and development skills
- Strong technical skillset with a history of building teams
