Test Engineer for Rocket Engine Test Stand (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Test Engineer for Rocket Engine Test Stand to join our team at POLARIS Raumflugzeuge GmbH. The successful candidate will design and develop test stands for rocket engines and subsystems, select and integrate instrumentation, control, and data acquisition systems, and plan, execute, and safely operate test campaigns for engines and components.

Requirements

• Degree in Space Engineering, Aerospace Engineering (M.Sc.) or similar
• Experience with rocket engines, test stands, high-pressure systems or cryogenic fluid systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactive thinking, high level of motivation, flexibility, and team-working skills
• Proficiency in both German and English
