Job Description
Point72 is seeking a Systems Analyst for Workday HCM/Payroll. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining Workday HCM, Payroll, and Security modules, collaborating with stakeholders to drive platform strategy. The role involves supporting HR and Payroll teams, managing system configurations, and streamlining business processes. This position supports seamless integration between Workday, other systems, and compliance.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of Workday HCM experience
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll and Security configurations
- Strong understanding of Workday Security
- Hands-on experience with Workday modules (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
- Skilled in report writing and EIB uploading
- Proven ability to interview business users and translate requirements into solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
