It Operations Engineer, Application Support

As an IT Operations Engineer, Application Support at Point72, you will provide technical support for software applications, automate checks, and implement monitoring and automation initiatives. You will also collaborate with the development team to improve applications and provide training to users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Experience supporting middle- and back-office applications created in.Net, Java, C# etc.
• Literacy in complex SQL procedures/queries
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and internal clients
