Job Description
Podean is a leading marketplace agency seeking an experienced Manager, Data Engineering to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of Podean’s data infrastructure and analytics systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT, or similar)
- Experience working with cloud-based data ecosystems (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
