As a Software Engineer Lead, you will be part of an Agile engineering team where you will be responsible for technical design and development within our Lending Technology line of business. You will work with our testers to address bugs or defects and propose & design solutions. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Requirements
- Architectural guidance and leading the design and development of scalable web applications using Angular for front-end and Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks) for back-end services.
- Deep understanding of OOP principles, collections, generics, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Designing and implementing distributed systems using RESTful APIs, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and service discovery.
- Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across front-end and back-end technologies.
