Job Description
PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager in Pomona, California to provide Program and Project Management, Construction Management and Project Controls services. The role involves field reviews, plan development, compliance, and ongoing support of the project execution strategy. This is a hybrid-remote position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electric Utility Construction, or other technical discipline
- Project Management certificate
- Ten or more years of experience in overhead and underground distribution, subtransmission, and bulk transmission powerline construction
- Five or more years of construction management and oversight experience on distribution, subtransmission, and bulk transmission projects
- Five or more years of experience working within California-specific utility regulatory requirements (G.O. 95, G.O. 128, G.O. 165, G.O. 131-d)
- Five or more years of experience working within federal and State environmental regulations
- Understanding of processes and methodologies used in electric utility construction
- Ability to lead and facilitate technical teams
- Experience managing craft labor employees
- Self-motivated work habits
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
