Job Description
PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead construction projects within a specific location in Pomona, California. The role involves providing Project Controls services, developing construction plans, managing permits, and supporting project execution. They prioritize a focus on engineering needs and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Electric Utility Construction, or another technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Project Management certificate.
- Ten or more years of experience in overhead and underground distribution, subtransmission, and bulk transmission powerline construction.
- Five or more years of construction management and oversight experience on distribution, subtransmission, and bulk transmission projects.
- Five or more years of experience working within California-specific utility regulatory requirements.
- Five or more years of experience working within federal and State environmental regulations.
- Understanding of processes and methodologies used in electric utility construction.
- Ability to lead, facilitate, and participate on technical related teams.
- Experience in providing vendor or third-party oversight.
- Experience managing craft labor employees.
- Self-motivated work habits.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
