Raw Materials & Ingredients Specialist

PM-International is looking for a Raw Materials & Ingredients Specialist to join their Research and Development team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a long-term raw material strategy, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and supply security.

Requirements

• M.Sc. (or higher) in Food Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in raw material/ingredient management
• Proven experience in ingredient scouting, supplier qualification, and technical evaluation/validation projects
