Senior Engineer, Interoperability

As a Senior Interoperability Engineer, you'll help define and execute Pluto Health's data interoperability strategy, making major contributions to a team that builds, maintains, and optimizes secure, scalable integrations with healthcare entities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT
• 5+ years in an engineering role focused on data integration and interoperability
• Deep expertise in healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA)
• Significant experience in Typescript, NodeJS, Docker, Linux, and AWS SAM
• Experience with current AI tools and processes
• Strong knowledge of database design, API management, and integration platforms
• Exceptional communication skills
