Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify and assess new market trends, acquisition targets, and partnership opportunities aligned with Plusgrade's strategic goals.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the long-term corporate development strategy, prioritizing M&A and investment opportunities that accelerate revenue scale and product diversification.
• Assist in end-to-end M&A processes, including deal structuring, negotiations, and integration planning.
• Identify, evaluate, and help structure strategic partnerships to complement Plusgrade's ecosystem.
