PLK Communities is seeking a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. Responsibilities include performing property maintenance needs, preparing apartments for new residents, and completing work orders.

Requirements

• Maintenance or 'handyman' experience
• Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to respond to afterhours emergency calls
